The Static Solutions Ohm-Stat™ Guardian Plus ESD Constant Monitor CM-1700 monitors your wrist strap so that you are properly grounded and have the confidence to know it.
With your wrist strap plugged into the constant monitor, and the constant monitor connected to an earth ground, when you are not grounded the monitor will create an audible sound and the LED will flash warning you of a possible problem.
The monitor comes with a calibration certificate that is good for the first year and furthermore any future calibrations and certification can be performed on this ESD Constant Monitor by Static Solutions for a set fee.
