The touchscreen interface of the Si1-LD captures high-resolution images with real-time quantifiable leak rate and cost predictions in order to better prioritize needed repairs. The compressed air leaks can be quantified in terms of leak volume flow rate and leak cost per year for a seamless integration into any predictive maintenance workflow at any stage of the cycle. Utilizing an array of 96 high-quality microphones, sound sources can be mapped as hot spots on the visual camera image and the source of high-frequency directional leak sounds can be triangulated.

Seamless reporting options includes online analysis via the FLIR Acoustic Viewer or offline reporting with the FLIR Thermal Studio software. The FLIR Acoustic Viewer allows users to view full analytics, create Excel table results, and easily create reports. The FLIR Thermal Studio allows users to analyze captured data, create reports with customized templates, and incorporate thermal images into reports.

The Teledyne FLIR Si1-LD model includes enabled Wi-Fi functionality. Users can easily transfer data from the camera to their PC via Wi-Fi transfer along with receive over-the-air updates for their camera's software.
