Used Keysight / Agilent E5071C-280 Vector Network Analyzer, 2-Port, 9kHz to 8.5GHz without Bias Tees

The Keysight (formerly Agilent) E5071C-80 is a highly capable two-port network analyzer, and a part of the brand's ENA Series of analyzers. The E5071C-280 offers a wide frequency range of 9 kHz to 8.5 GHz, and a source power range of -55 dBm to 10 dBm.

The ENA Series offers the highest performance at the lowest frequency range. No other network analyzer can match its measurement speed of 39 ms with 1601 points full 2-port calibration, trace noise of < 0.004 dBrms at 70 kHz IFBW, or dynamic range of > 123 dB.
