A microohm meter, also known as a digital low resistance ohmmeter (DLRO), measures low resistance values in micro-ohms at specified currents. Precision ohmmeters that use the four-wire, Kelvin probe system can eliminate contact resistance and reduce errors caused by lead resistance.
