Product Highlights

Use the Fluke Networks Fiber Media Converter (FMC) Kit to understand and debug the fiber port connections by determining application, switch name, port name and VLAN and verifying connectivity using IP ping. The FMC includes the Media Converters, SFPs, fiber optic cords and RJ45 cable to connect with any LinkIQ tester to troubleshoot network connectivity.

• Connects to 1 Gb/s (1000BASE-SX, 1000BASE-LX) and 10 Gb/s (10GBASE-SR, 10GBASE-LR) fiber Ethernet ports.
• Network features including: IPv4 and v6 ping, nearest switch diagnostics (IP address, name, port / VLAN number, and advertised data rates).
• Compatible with LinkIQ Cable+NetworkTester and LinkIQ Duo Cable+WiFi+Network Tester.
